Bülow AG’s engineering division consists of civil engineers who cover the entire range of services in the German federal ordinance regulating the fees for architects and engineers (HOAI) catalogue, service phases I-IX. It also acts as general contractor and project manager and therefore makes use of all the in-house expertise.
