Bülow Carré, Stuttgart

In Stuttgart city centre – in a prominent location between the streets Lautenschlagerstraße, Thouretstraße and Stephanstraße – Bülow AG has built Bülow Carré consisting of retail and food-retail spaces, as well as exclusive office space and an underground parking garage. The main train station and the shopping street Königstraße are just two minutes walk away. The redevelopment of the city district and the new street surface created a mall-like boulevard parallel to the shopping street Königstraße.

Bülow Carré was planned and built taking the very latest sustainability aspects into account. The building was one of the very first in Germany to be pre-certified by the "US Green Building Council" with the highest LEED Platinum rating. The innovative façade highlights the building emotively at night.
