Facts & Figures

1. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart and the new Porsche Centre in Stuttgart are being built on a site at Pragsattel in Stuttgart.

2. The property company Design Tower Stuttgart mbH (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bülow AG) is the developer of the Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart, while Porsche Deutschland GmbH is building the Porsche Centre.

3. The approx. 90 m high tower will be built with 25 above-ground floors for office and hotel space including restaurant, bar, conference, fitness as well as three further underground floors. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart has a total of 134 underground parking spaces.

4. Office use ist planned for 2nd - 8th floor and the 9th - 23rd floor has been leased to Radisson Hotels Deutschland GmbH on a long-term basis.
