1. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart and the new Porsche Centre in Stuttgart were successfully built on a site at Pragsattel in Stuttgart.

2. The property company Design Tower Stuttgart mbH (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bülow AG) was the developer of the Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart, while Porsche Deutschland GmbH built the Porsche Centre.

3. The approx. 90 m high tower comprises 25 above-ground floors for office and hotel space including a restaurant, bar, conference and fitness area as well as three further underground floors. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart has a total of 134 underground parking spaces and 2 outdoor parking spaces.

4. Office space is located on floors 2-8, while floors 9-23 are let to Radisson Hotels Deutschland GmbH on a long-term basis.
