The "Century" building is located in the city centre and is subject to a preservation order. As part of renovation and restoration work carried out, office, food-outlet and cinema spaces were significantly increased and brought up to modern state-of-the-art standards. The fact that the façade as well as historical parts of the building were preserved, a special piece of real estate just a few short steps from the main train station and the shopping street Königstraße was created.
